As my business grew, I became aware of other businesses operating under similar names. While this never affected the service I provided or caused confusion for my existing clients, I knew that as I continued to grow, I wanted a brand that was completely unique and unmistakably my own.

Rather than simply choosing another business name, I saw it as an opportunity to create something far more meaningful.

A name that reflected where I've come from, the values that shape how I work, and the future I'm building with my clients.

That's how Brunyah Property Finance was born. Choosing this name wasn't just about creating a unique brand, it was about creating one that truly felt like home.

The Story Behind Brunyah

Brunyah isn't just a new business name. It's a place that has shaped who I am.

Growing up in Northern NSW, my family lived on an orchard called Brunyah. My childhood was spent among rows of fruit trees, where I learned that nothing worthwhile happens overnight.

Trees need strong foundations, careful planning, patience and ongoing care before they bear fruit. When you invest the time and do things properly, the rewards eventually come.

Over the years, I've realised that buying property is much the same.

Whether you're purchasing your first home, upgrading to your forever home, refinancing, or building an investment portfolio, every financial decision is part of something much bigger. It's about creating security, opportunities and a future you're proud of.

In 2017, after my dad passed away, our family made the difficult decision to sell Brunyah. Although the orchard is no longer in our family, what it gave me has never left. The lessons I learned there have shaped how I work with every client. Helping people grow something meaningful, one step at a time.

Naming my business Brunyah is my way of honouring those roots and the legacy of my dad, while carrying those values into every client relationship.
